When using the CRM App for Outlook from the outlook client when you click on the 'Dynamics CRM' addin, it always shows that that it's authenticating and downloading metadata. This take 5 seconds but that doesn't sound like a lot, but if you track 100 emails a day, then it's 8.3 mins per day, 41.6 mins per week, 36 hours per year. So basically it's costing me a week of vacation time.
