After installing UR 15 the fields of deactivated records when viewed in IE 10 or 11 looks darker. Installing UR 17 is also not helpful.
If the same deactivated record is viewed in IE 8 or IE 9 the contrast is light grey. Users may sometime have to refer back to a disabled record for some details and this dark contrast of the fields makes it difficult to view the data entered in these deactivated records.
