Copy sandbox environment to production - with and without transactions

Yes this can be done with config packages but this is a lengthy process should you have many companies
The ability to do this from production to sandbox is great but would be excellent to do it both way should you need too

Also to have the ability to copy companies or whole environment with or without transactions would be most useful. Most ERP and accounting applications can do these as standard.
