Quick Save & Close Feature

Agents can increase their productivity by saving and closing Case resolution dialogue faster with the Quick Save (Ctrl+S) feature or some other shortcut on the keyboard.

Visual feedback confirms that the record is saved.

Users can still Save and Close or Cancel in the command bar.
