At this moment setting up Service Charges are set per customer. When the ammount for Service Charge changes you can use rapidstart to change the ammount in a batch, but generally the Service Charge ammount is the same for all customers or for a defined group of customers.

From a managing point of view this can be done when adding the option to set a service charge for "all customers" or a "customer price group" like you can in the sales prices.
This way end users do not require rapidstart and checking X lines, but can do the setup in 1 line (in case of an All customers setup).
