In Chart of cash flow accounts using an account with Source Type = Project every Projects with project planning line Billable are considered regardless of the status of the project.

It mustn't be considered in the cash flow forecast the projects that have satus=Quote, because I don't know if I'll sell the project. It is the same reason why in the cash flow forecast the standard BC doesn't consider sales quote.

This is very important to corectly analyze the company's cash flow forecast, baecause a project in quote status isn't a true future cash receipt lik sales quotes that are excluded by cash flow forecast.
