When a location is counted and the counting is rejected, the location is still marked with date/time in Last cycle count. This means that it's easy to miss that the location requires a re-count and cycle count plans won't create new cycle count work for the location until the time has passed until a new cycle is required. I'n my opinion the location should not be marked as counted.

I would also be good with an option to easily recreate a cycle count work for the location if the counting is rejected.

Great idea, several solutions could assist here. You could include locations that have been rejected in the Not counted since calculation so they are treated same as not being counted (although would like to have visible that is was counted and is being reconciled again) or could provide a feature to auto create new work after the count is rejected would be a help.
