The Address composite field in Dynamics is formatted based on the value of the country field. This is not configurable and so it can't be customised if the format for any particular country is incorrect.

If the address is "England" or "United Kingdom", then the address is format is CORRECT. The city, county and post code on different lines.

However, if the address is "Northern Ireland", "Scotland" or "Wales", then the address is format is NOT CORRECT. The city, county and post code all on the one line (even though they are part of the United Kingdom and should be formatted in the same way).

It should be trivial to replicate the address formatting option that exists for "England" and "United Kingdom" to the other values list above. This would make it consistent for all the home nations of the UK.

Note that the way the address is formatted if Country is blank, is also the same way the address is formatted for each of the 3 countries given above. This suggests that the issue is that there is no address formatting for those countries and the address is being formatted through the default configuration.

The same issue occurs for Swiss addresses.

There is the possibility to change the control of the field to format the address to a specific country, but then all addresses are formatted like this.

Dynamics CRM 2016 (8.2) formatted the address according to the country, without the need to change the control.

So definitely a vote from me.
