Wish there is an option to easily identify support requested and/or granted from employee self service by support type (e..g volunteering, technical, knowledge, experience, benefits, on boarding, life coaching, fixed assets, etc...).

Featuring conventional support via email maybe helpful, but may not be easily tracked, or dashboard, or support history tracking.
