We would love to try and use guides for our quality check process. Especially at the end of the line. What would make this possible is if we could record quality issues and notify others as they are spotted. Additionally, if we could record where the problem was with guides, using Azure spatial technology or some sort of scalable author mode built into guides. Our service team could then see exactly where the problem occurred and be able to pinpoint the issue quickly and seamlessly.

I agree. The ability to take picture/video of each step along with comments if an operator spotted a problem would be great. Custom solution like PowerApps might be possible, but being built into Guides makes managing the data easier.

All of our current workflows have check boxes to ensure that the operator has completed the task, just moving to the next step is not proof.
Stopping them from going to the next step without first ticking all of the checks would be great. Also an option of RAISE issue, if there is a problem with the process such that the check can't be completed.
