We see issues with Database operations for large volume customers when deployment process are executed.

I refer to "Finance" where a change to an existing table can cause a schema change. This seems to be executed in pre servicing window where users still can login to the application.

We see no issues for smaller customers but for larger volume customers the step timeout and no retry seems to happen. Large customers will need a longer time out period and Database operations should not happen in Pre servicing or Post servicing where users can access the application.
