One of key functions in BC, Deposit, lacks approval workflow. It would be great to have approval workflow enabled, and block users from posting before getting approval from manager.

Deposits are one of the most important functions of our agency so they have to be reviewed before we post them. This functionality would alleviate our staff having to send an email every time they enter a new deposit to the reviewer
