A new feature was recently added to view all Tenants, including companies in BC. The feature is in the top right corner. I wish Administrators had a better way to control this behavior. Currently, most companies Copy (clone) their Production environment to Sandbox whenever they want data refreshed. This means that all Users and their Permission Groups, which control the environment and company list, get cloned in the new environment. Administrations now have the extra task of cleaning Users and Permissions Groups. There should be an option to include/exclude Users when Copying an environment. Perhaps only SUPER users should be copied.
