New attachments added to a production order (quality inspections, photos, etc.) should be visible as the production order moved from released to finished. There also should be a way for them to be viewed from the item record when reviewing historical production entries to see any related attachments.

This is a no brainer, it seems whenever a general functionality like this is foreseen on the trade module, the logistics & manufacturing side always seems to be forgotten.

I have many years of experience in other ERP systems, mainly for manufacturing companies. This option is available in these systems and is very helpful for the employees in production.

We really could use this since the attachments and links fact boxes are system parts and we can't add to the production order pages.

Like this idea. Seen the need for it with certain repeatable tasks like packaging a finished good. Box has to be folded in a specific way, labels placed in certain places etc. There is an appetite to quickly access attachments to avoid paper print outs.
