The Stream operations could be improved if you provide wrapper for the properties

and
Position
https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/dotnet/api/system.io.stream.position?view=net-7.0
for the InStream Data Type.
Right now we always of the use a blob field to get the lenght of a stream: https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/dynamics365/business-central/dev-itpro/developer/methods-auto/blob/blob-length-method
