Description:

When Advanced Warehouse Management (WMS) is enabled, packing slips posted directly from the Sales Order cannot be canceled. Only packing slips posted from the Load allow reversal.

This limitation prevents users from correcting operational mistakes without redoing the entire warehouse process.

Business Impact:

• High manual effort to recreate Sales Orders, loads, and warehouse work
• Limits flexibility for mixed scenarios (e.g., service + physical items)
• Behavior differs from earlier versions where both flows were usable

Requested Enhancement:

Enable cancellation of packing slips posted from the Sales Order in WMS scenarios, or provide a configuration option to allow customers to choose their preferred behavior.
