Generally Lead is the 1st point of contact, A contact record is not created unless we qualify a lead, Creating segments using leads and accounts would be a huge benefit.

This is the biggest reason we are unable to get fully started with Dynamics Marketing after a year of using the tool. We start with a lead and are unable to nurture a lead to qualification using Marketing Automation. A segment in Real-Time Marketing is not a solution. We need the capabilities of outbound marketing to nurture and qualify a lead as MQL/SQL. The lack of this basic functionality to market to leads in OBM is very frustrating.
