It currently not possible to link a customer to a stop sequence record on a route plan. If we could, It would then be possible to dynamically create a delivery route for the placed orders only (only the stops with active orders should be used). It is now required to manually edit every scheduled routes to delete the segments that do have an order which is very cumbersome.
