In most of the implementation scenario's I was involved in, the customer wanted to have the client displayed in the regional language. As a consultant, you are primarily working in Dynamics 365 for Finance and Operations in the English language. You know how everything is named in English, and can navigate quickly in that language but mostly fail to reach the same when you are trying to navigate in another language, or even your own language.
I would suggest the navigation search to support searching in English all of the time, regardless of your user language setting. This would behave just the same as the (currently existing) ability to search for technical form names.

I think this is only the first step. Why don't have a setting where we can enable on user level which languages we would like to use for the Search.e.g. always use the user language as default language, but there can be users that would prefer another language as default search language.e.g. If I'm on a austrian environment I might prefer search results for de-DE instead of de-AT.And I'm totally for the english search results. (This did work in BC22, but doesn't work anymore in the latest BC Version)e.g. Job Queue Entries can be found easier than the german translation .

It would really help consultants in countries where English is not the main language and consultants have to switch between projects in English and projects in the local language, especially since the translations are not always obvious.
