When a Entra user no longer has a valid BC license, can its corresponding record in the User table (2000000120) be set with Status "Disabled" by running the "Update Users from Microsoft 365" action in the Page Users (9800, List)? Either that, or have a new field visible in the Users page that indicates clearly if that user is able to login or not, based on its licensing.
This is because it does not make sense to have the system create a valid record automatically when a license is attributed, but not having any comparable action when a license is revoked. It creates an audit hurdle, as auditors will be reviewing that page and asking why are there still logins there, with Status: Enabled when they have since long left the business.
