Idea: Add the fields for 'Last attempted' and 'Failure reason' to Segment list to give visibility to segment refresh errors and execution.

Context: Segment refresh is very inconsistent. Sometimes segments take longer that one hour between refresh times. Other times, segments changed from automatic to static may keep refreshing several times before really becoming static. Inconsistent and unpredictable behavior may be caused by system error. Having 'Last attempted' and 'Failure reason' fields would provide visibility and a starting point to investigate any underlying errors.
