Now in RT MSD, the data is using GMT to display, but It is too inconvenient for users to use, especially when designing a journey. When designing a time, it is necessary to convert the time, which leads to the decrease of the accuracy of data.

e.g.set event registration created on is 29/04/2025 (GMT). then if in China, then use UTC+8, it means event registration created on 29/04/2025 8am - 30/04/2025 7:59:59am.......
