Setting SaveValueToDatabasePromptly for Saas Environment

This setting revert BC to the previous behaviour disabling Modify on every field modification.

This setting is available only for OnPrem Environment

The request is to make this available for Saas too

Thank you for your valuable feedback. We have decided to deliver this idea and make it available with Business Central 2022 wave 2 update 1 (version 21.1).  
This will be available as a Feature Management switch and in the meantime it will remain OFF for upgraded environments.
