It would be handy if you could add multiple email-adresses you can send a document from. Sometimes it's useful to send from a shared mailbox like sales@company.com and sometimes you want to send it from your own address.

It would be even more useful to define the email-adress the document is sent from.

For example: sales orders and quotes from sales@company.com and all purchase orders from purchase@company.com

The requirement for branch offices should be handled by Responsibility Center. That way the responsibility center of the user/document should be the from address.

All of this should of cause be available via Events to cater for the special customer requirements...

The same is true for target adresses per contact. Normal use case are bigger customers, where branch offices get order confirmations and some head office gets invoices - but by branch office. There are all kinds of combinations here.
