Today you can not choose what fields that should or should not be active on the customer view, resulting in that a few of ours are empty and gives a negative impact on the entire view.

We are today not using loyalty cards, wish lists, recommended products or timeline. That means the view doesn´t look specially good and you need to scroll to the information that you actually want.

Very valid requirement. We also should be able to reorder how the fields are ordered in the Create customer screen. Sometimes we will be recording the customer's name, phone number, and email. Currently, we need to hit the tab multiple times. If the fields are ordered together, it will be easy.
