Currently, to hide tabs on a form, the users need to turn off [Visible by default] on form editor.
However, turning off [Visible by default] doesn't hide the [NOTES] tab on [Product] entity form, and there's no way to hide [Note] tab so far on default customization.
Some users would like to hide the [Note] because it's unnecessary for them.
It would be great if [NOTES] tab could be hiddne by changing the default settings.
