I'd like to suggest that for an upcoming version of Dynamics CRM for Microsoft to consider adding the possibility of adding KPIs and other sort of conditional formatting to rows and columns. Something similar to Excel, where we can conditional format cells with Icon Sets, Colour Scales or Data Bars.

For instance, when viewing closed opportunities, the closure probability column (which allow values from 1 to 100, as percentage) could have a colour scale as the background.

Another example would be to add KPI icons (such as red, amber and green) traffic lights into columns for KPIs.

The idea is that users can add those sort of indicators to their views using the out of the box functionality of Dynamics CRM.
