Add options for transferring the posting description to the general ledger and Fixed Asset entries.

When booking in the Item journal/reclassification journal, etc., the ledger description will state Direct costs.... Customers give a reason in the diary why they make the entry and would like to see this reflected in the ledger entries.

On purchase and sales documents when using Type Fixed Asset the description from the document line should be placed in the general ledger.

For both options when activating ask to update historical posting description (same as with the item ledger entries)
