Dynamics CRM reports/charts and views are not so dynamic in nature in the sense its very flat, for example you cant rename column names in charts/reports/views, you cant change labels in charts and dashboards, you can have custom series in charts, you cant get data from related entities beyond certain level in charts or reports. because of that customer will have to go for custom development and custom controls UI which is not preferred and may be a decision maker in implementation.
