When staff members receive an email of the customer, they often want to print the mail out to have a checklist with them. This way they can easily mark things as completed when they have to do actions outside of Dynamics.

When they want to to print the email form however, they see in the preview that they will print the entire page. This makes them lose a large piece of the email content + they have a lot of content in their print that they don't use.

Thank you for your feedback. Currently this is not in our roadmap;

However, we are tracking it and if we get more feedback and votes, we may consider it in the future.

This feature would provide clear operational value for Customer Service teams.Today, when users need to print an email from Dynamics 365, they often have to open or download the message outside CRM and print it locally. This creates unnecessary manual steps, reduces efficiency, and breaks the continuity of working directly inside Dynamics 365.A native Print button on the email form (and ideally also in Customer Service Workspace / Copilot Service Workspace) would improve usability, save time, and simplify operational activities where a printed copy of the communication is still required
