Possibility for Default Reporting Analytics Dashboards/charts on Bookable resources based on their Skillset & ratings.

Can we have default reports/dashboards/charts where we can drill down on the basis of a Bookable resource's skillset & ratings?

Like the ones we have for the Resource scheduling and optimization analytics dashboard
