Extend the Config. Template Header so that we can use rules/conditions on fields populated to apply specific templates.

This would be useful when Customers/Vendors/Items are created using the Dynamics 365 Sales Integration feature. When a record is created from the synchronisation, you can choose to apply a specific Configuration Template Code based on a specific field. You should also be able assign a 'default' Configuration Template.

For example, a Customer Record Synced and created from D365 Sales > D365 BC, if Country Region Code is GB, then apply the DOMESTIC Customer Config Template Code which applies DOMESTIC field configuration setup. If Country Region Code is anything other than GB, then apply the DEFAULT Customer Config Template Code which applies relevant setup.
