Automation of Contact Point Consent Records for Leads and Contacts

  • Currently utilizing Load consent functionality Contact Point Consent can be given for the bulk of Leads and Contacts in a single trigger, but we need to select it manually there is no standard automated process available.
  • The new contacts are not found in the "msdynmkt_contactpointconsent4s" table (consent at the point of contact. they are blocked due to "no consent" in the marketing journeys)
  • They need to add automatically (consent to yes by default) otherwise newly created Marketing Leads and Contacts will not be getting any emails from Customer Insight Journey.
