In previous versions, you could set the default search radius to ensure you could find available resources in larger territories with a single click. In the latest release, it is hard-coded at 20 miles, which doesn't work if you're in a city that is 40 miles across. Now what should be a 1-click activity requires a minimum of 4 clicks: 1. Click "Find Availability" 2. Click Search Radius drop down 3. Scroll to wider radius value (multiple clicks) 4. Click Search This is a big step backward. Administrators must be able to change this from 20 miles.

Hi Taz, if I understand your requirement correctly, this has always been possible. The setting only moved from FS administration to the Scheduling administration.

Thank you for the feedback. The default radius on the schedule Assistant can be set to a different value than 20 Miles in the Scheduling Parameters.
navigate to Resource Scheduling > Administration > Scheduling Parameters, would be able to set a custom Schedule Assistant, Default Radius Value
Thanks,
