Through the Enhanced Collaboration Experience with the D365 App (Enhanced Collaboration for Microsoft Teams with Dynamics 365 app | Microsoft Docs) we are able to associated a D365 record with a Microsoft Teams channel; however, this is a manual process at the moment. This should be something that we can automate. Currently there are hacks to kind of get this to work, but it needs to be a supported and easy to use feature instead.
