Currently in Customer Voice, invitations that have received a response cannot be deleted—even if the survey data is no longer needed or has already been archived. This limitation creates clutter in the Total Invites panel and makes it difficult for users to manage and clean up historical survey records.
We propose adding a supported method to delete responded invites, either through the UI or via an administrative API, with appropriate safeguards to prevent accidental data loss. This would greatly improve data hygiene, reduce confusion for users, and support long-term survey lifecycle management.
