Would like the ability to track non-binary gender in the product. Non-binary individuals become more visible, more and more states are beginning to recognize a third gender on identification documents, right not 12 do allow this. The states issuing IDs with a third gender option are leading the way toward a national, federally recognized third gender option.

We are seeing more request in WI for this change as well. As a workaround, we have been replacing the 'N/A' option in the Gender field with 'Other' but I know more selection options in the dropdown selection would be greatly appreciated. I hope this gets the upvotes needed for consideration :)
I've had a few MN GP Payroll clients ask for this.
