When we delete any contact from CRM Online, the record once deleted cannot retrieved unless we have a restore done or a backup provided which has the contact information.
CRM Online should have a recycle bin like functionality which gathers all the deleted records and stores it.
In case if any record is deleted and we need the information of the deleted records, then the records should be available in the recycle bin.
