The "RTM - Segments" site map menu option does not stay highlighted after clicking "New Segment". Without this highlight, it's difficult for the user to tell if they are working in OBM or RTM Segments. We would like this to work like the other options on the site map, it should retain the highlight and the blue indicator line after clicking "New Segment"
