Mobile warehouse app to support physical keys

We are having issue when using mobile devices outdoors / with gloves on. The app does not support physical keys and the touch screen has issues when it is raining or users want to use gloves.

It would be good to enable scrolling up&down / moving with physical keys... Or at least support tab-handling.

Any cold storage device cannot succeed without physical keys. The safety of working in -25 degree Celsius requires worker to leave the workspace to use the touchscreen.

A must have ! Especially due to the ridiculously small button to access Menu in some Dyn365 app pages (top right hand corner)
Other WMS on the market support hot keys or shortcuts.

Ideas of shorcuts needed for us :
-Menu
-Back
-Cancel
-Full license plate
-etc...

we have freezer warehouse and user wear thick gloves all the times and as such cannot use touch screen. This feature is mandatory for us to use the warehousing app

It should be good to map the function keys:
- general (e.g. F4 is always OK)
- specific per mobile device menu item (e.g. in Sales Pick F3 is Full)
