Since 9.0 the SharePoint integration shows the folder-based structure in CRM. By switching to "All SharePoint documents", this folder structure is removed and you can see all documents in one view. The possibility to pin this view as a default is missing. The same could be accomplished by switching the underlying view "All document locations".
