Many customers want job to see the profitability of a work order (or group of work orders) in their financial system. This requires visibility into the time + materials planned, time + materials used, and the amount we were able to bill to the customer. Business Central has this capability on the Job Card and our accounts already integrate with Business Central Bi-Directionally. Our customers would like to see the Business Central <> CDS Connector enhanced to map D365 Field Service Work Orders to Business Central Job tasks.
