Wish there is an option to easily maintain and forecast human resources testing strategies plans, for purpose to validate human resources on (e.g. valid or eligible skills, potential impairments, courtesies, image, conduct, responsibility, reliability, etc..)
Not featuring testing strategies plans, user may potentially base human resource evaluations on other key indicators.
