In order to deploy a D365 Environment update to production you must 'Sign-off' and 'Mark as release candidate' the update within LCS; both of these elements are recorded against the update. However, it's impossible to see who (the named individual) that completed these two processes making them useless for internal control. As such I must maintain a separate process outside of LCS to document who signs off on each release so this can be evidenced retrospectively to internal and external auditors.


My request is two fields in LCS to tag the name of the individual(s) who completes the two steps.
