When you exit a wide layout (e.g. the sales order) the factboxes go away. So far so good. But when you show the wide layout again they are still gone. To see them again you need to click on the little icon that says "Expand the FaxBox pane". What if the user doesn't find that icon? I think the the state of the factboxes should be remembered when the user switch from narrow to wide layout again.
