I wish to bring to your attention the confusing text on the "Welcome" screen for the Human Resources module in Dynamics 365.
An end user wishing to learn more about the HR module is presented with the text that includes "Connect to best-of-breed HR solutions across payroll, talent management, recruiting and LinkedIn...".
To what is the "best-of-breed HR solutions" referring?
A user would have reached this page hoping that Dynamics 365 WAS a "best of breed HR solution" so, as someone who maybe knows nothing about Dynamics 365 and is looking for a "best-of-breed HR" solution their conclusion would be to immediately go elsewhere!
I note that this has been put in the FIRST PARAGRAPH of the introduction to the "Human Resources Guided Tour" and I am sure the intention was NOT to put the reader off the product and go elsewhere for a solution. However that is exactly how this text could be interpreted.
Please revisit this wording to make it crystal clear what the uneducated user is getting with this offering.
