Customer should have the ability to Enable or Disable the functionality of sending Test Emails when 'Testing and Enabling' a Mailbox while configuring Server Side Synchronization.

If we cannot disable the email from being sent, we should have a configurable template for this.

As a messaging engineer I am being asked to put a transport rule in place to delete this message. It is a terrible practice to implement a rule for these messages. All of this because a switch does not exist that would at the very least suppress the message. Things of this nature are the types or items that small organizations do not mind doing, but in Large organizations this is not acceptable.
