[Server-Side Synchronization Failures] is added as a default dashboard.
The dashboard cannot be deleted or security role cannot be changed, so users cannot control display/hide the dashboard.
It would be user-friendly if the dashboard settings can be customizable.

I agree with Takao on this. Other system dashboards can be customized to limit who has access to them through security role and this one should be no different.
