In the future scope of queue priority and agent handling, we should be able to achieve the following -
When an agent with a capacity of two, handling two queues (Fraud Queue with higher priority and General Queue), while already engaged in a conversation in the Fraud Queue should be able to pick up a request from General Queue and also we should be able to restrict such that agent should receive only 1 request from the Fraud Queue.
