In Field Service it is possible to define a custom date format that is used throughout the system, however, the Schedule board does not seem to pick this up and uses a generic format. In the Nordic region (Sweden in particular) week numbers are very often used as date references than actual dates so clients may be aware of what week it is, but not the date of the day. For example "18w43 2" would be seen as year 2018, week 43 and day 2 (tuesday)
